A: Good Question, When a group license is purchased we create an organization and assign the first license to the "manager", that manager has a full license of the product and also has access to invite other users in to the organization which will assign a license to them. So it does not mean that there is an additional license but in circumstances where you want the manager to be an IT person within an organization that manages the licenses but does not need an actual we can accommodate that set up as well.
