1. Is it still possible to have co-branding applied to a Tier 3 account? 2. Is the AI Notes and Transcription still happening? ETA? 3. Is there a roadmap available that includes features + feature status (Planned, In Progress, etc.)?
I looked Rick Raddatz up in LinkedIn and it says he left the company in January/2026. If so, who is leading the company? Are there further developments being planned for this application?

Hi! I purchased Tier 3 and until today I am happy with the tool. In fact I believe I took a great deal. Although, a few days ago I wanted to invite admins in some of my 9 rooms but I had an “error message” informing me that this is disabled through maintenance reason. After a few days still having the same problem, I contacted your support asking about that but the answer was quite unclear...

The product itself is amazing, but the branding is a massive red flag.
The website looks 20 years old, and the social media accounts are a ghost town.
It’s a huge credibility killer for an otherwise great tool.
Are you actively planning to invest in fixing this, or is the marketing completely abandoned?
