Can I choose the attendance? I don't want everyone to join but paid members only to my webinar. Is there any way to allow specific people only. Link can be shared with others. That's why asking

A: the best I can suggest is to tell people to log into your members area at event time and get the link (which never changes) and the 4-digit pin code (which changes as often as you want). That way they have to log in to get the code
No matter what I do, I can't stream to my nonprofits Facebook Page. I go through the whole process and login through my main account. It shows the page in the list of pages I'm allowing access to..... It even shows the MEETN integration on my facebook page but when I complete it on the MEETN side it always say no pages found.

A: Most likely the pages either don’t have the right settings or permissions to stream to. Eg there may be a requirement for a certain number of friends or whatever. Try streaming from another app that does streaming to determine if it’s a Meetn issue or Facebook account issue. If it’s a Meetn issue write to support@meetn.com
Q: iOS: Would like to disable Noise Cancellation on the iOS app... is this on the roadmap?
Hi, we're using Meetn for music lessons and group classes. On iOS, we'll need our attendees and our instructors to be able to disable the "Reduce Background Noise" setting, and it doesn't look like we can. I can see how to do it in the browser version, but not in iOS. Is this ability coming to iOS? When?

A: FOR THE WEB CLIENT (WINDOWS/MAC): To be specific, it's "echo cancellation" that we would want to disable to be 100% clean. We already have a toggle to enable/disable background noise suppression in "menu / audio video settings"
This is reasonable and easy. I'll add this to the list
FOR MOBILE (IOS/ANDROID): That is completely managed by the operating system and the meetn app can *suggest*...
ok, so, what does that mean for your statement: "That is completely managed by the operating system and the meetn app can *suggest* OS settings in this regard by informing the app that we're using the mic for a video call, which I think we do, but then it's 100% the OS that decides what audio processing to do" ?
What I’m saying is that Meetn doesn’t do any audio processing on mobile clients. So if you disable noise suppression on your mobile OS, it will be clean, unprocessed audio

Q: Teleprompter
Can I register a video with teleprompter features?
Rick_Meetn
Dec 20, 2025A: Yes, there’s a built in teleprompter, although some people like using 3rd party teleprompters

Q: Streaming With Meetn From The EU?
Hey Rick,
Can EU user still use Meetn for streaming purposes only?
As in using the Meetn room—preloaded with widgets, PDFs, videos—but no guest in it?
(So that's the GDPR compliance wouldn't be needed, I guess).
Like a central hub to stream to YT/FB/LI while using Meetn presentation workflow abilities?
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Dec 20, 2025A: Yes eu users (or any users) can stream to Facebook. Whether that’s compliant enough for you is up to you! :-)

hmm, i wonder how it is that Zoom can do it via their iOS app?
Verified purchaser
I’m pretty sure that turns off ZOOM’s background noise suppression, not the OS’s
