Q: Attendants link. How to have a specific link for a specific meeting?
Different people can schedule an appointment with me the same day and every rendezvous is personal. I wonder how I can do to have a personal link for each person so that anybody else can't enter the room unless he is given the right link.
I think that the link room is too generic so that anyone can reuse the link hours or days after. How to secure the link for a specific person who registered his appointment through my calendar?

Apr 30, 2025A: The key there is simply to use the waiting room. Just paste your one link into your scheduling service in the "Custom Meeting Location" field and try it... I think you;'ll find it's not a problem. I've been doing it for quite some time.

We do plan to add meeting-specific links in the future. For now, the waiting room is the way to go.

I use Tidycal as a scheduling service and I've already paste that one link in "video conference links" as a "static link". Should I use the same link in the "Custom Meeting Location" field?

I wasn't really in the market to invest in a different platform, but you made it just so darn simple to use; my wife loves simplicity. LOVE the webinar features too. Sounds like it will be a powerful platform once built out.
