a) Random assignment of participants to a set number of rooms (is there a room limit per meeting?)
b) Manual assignment by host from the attendance list
c) File sharing within breakout rooms, not visible in the main room
d) Internal chat in breakout rooms, hidden from the main room
e) Users can leave breakout rooms and return to the main room
f) Automatic closing of breakout rooms after a set time
g) “Ask for Help” button to alert the host

2. Do you offer a Windows/Mac desktop app with local meeting recording and no time limit?

Apr 16, 2025A: We have all of those except file sharing (we currently only do file sharing via widgets); and we don’t have the “page a host” feature.
windows and Mac apps are coming in 3-5 months and we’ll give attendees a clear choice
1. Is it possible to paste a link in the internal chat that participants can use to download a file?
2. Can users share their screens within a breakout room?
3. Will the app include a feature that allows the host to record locally, similar to Zoom? I need to ensure the entire 6-hour meeting is recorded for documentation purposes.

1. You can paste links into chat and we turn URLs into active links even if you don't include the https:// If it's a link to a good drive file, or equivalent, that will work as expected. You currently can't upload files into chat, but hosts can upload files into Widgets and click to share the download link with the attendees. We will be adding file upload in our next chat update
