While simple, this is a security risk. Someone who knows the meeting room, could possibly join at future times when i am having a meeting with a different group. While the room link is great, there should be a way to segment this differently for events. Zoom is mentioned many times but Zoom’s ability to integrate with a CRM, schedule, send email reminders and webinar recording after is better.

Thank you for the feedback, Zoom's features like: register for a meeting, email reminders, and a UNIQUE meeting ID are very important differentiators, to even google meet.

A workaround: You could set a unique password for every client/group, send it to them with the rooms link, so that you would change the password for the same room (with few clicks) before every new meeting with several clients/groups accordingly. A simple list with the several clients linked to their password would be sufficient to keep things organized..
