Q: Can Participants Reuse the Same Link to Access the Room Days Later?
Hi! I understand that Meetn uses fixed room links (which can be renamed), and that when someone registers for an event, they receive a unique link that grants them access. Without that link, they wouldn’t be able to join — is that correct?
My concern is this: If I run a workshop using that room link, could someone reuse it to access the room again days later? I want to avoid the room being accessible indefinitely to anyone who keeps the link.
I know there’s a waiting room feature, but I don’t find it very practical since I’d need to manually check each participant against a list, which isn't efficient for my type of sessions.
Could you confirm if event registration restricts access exclusively to registered participants?

Apr 16, 2025A: Event links do not reveal your room link and after the event, they either display the replay or a message that the event is completed.
However, we do understand the need for a more robust solution and so it in on my list, probably later in 2025 or early 2026
I truly appreciate the idea of showing a replay or a “completed event” message after the event ends. However, for those of us offering paid workshops or private group sessions, having stronger access control (like one-time or personalized links) would make a huge difference in terms of professionalism and security.
I truly hope this feature can be moved up in the roadmap. Thanks!!
