Q: Customer Support

Hi

Please could you tell me what kind of customer support you provide? Especially, do you provide telephone support (or video support)?

Is support 24/7?

A: We do support via email and have day and night shifts with a 4 hour gap in between. Or goal is always to reach zero new tickets waiting every shift

Email support is not good enough. There is so much misunderstanding through the written word. Can you provide telephone support at the very least if there is frustration being understood via email? I'm leaving Zoom because they don't provide telephone support anymore and they have outsourced all support to Phillipine workers where there language misunderstanding cuz they just read from a script
