Q: Customer's data privacy?

I attempted to create a new account with my email address, but I received a message stating that an account with this email already exists. I had deleted my account earlier to start afresh. It appears that the data may still be stored, which raises privacy concerns for many of us.

A: Closing an account is not the same as deleting all data. Upon request we can fully delete all your data.
