Hi Folks.
We bought tier 4 with 15 meeting rooms. We like this program and its simplicity, so I have been testing it out. I made a few test rooms and now want to delete them or delete the admin and appoint new admins. It is allowing me to rename the room, and I can appoint new admins but not delete the existing admins. Is this a limitation of the lifetime deal or a bug? I wish to know this before I implement our plans for 8 rooms our team will be using immediately.

Apr 23, 2025A: I'll look into this. This is probably related to the custom code we put in to handle the App Sumo lifetime deal, as I told my team customers will be using App Sumo to add/remove total number of rooms. But I agree within those limits, you should still be able to delete. In the mean time, renaming the unneeded rooms to UnneededRoom0007 (or whatever) might be the clearest way to proceed
Many thanks, Rick. I presumed it was the code for App Sumo deals. It's the Admin of the room we need to delete, as the room can be renamed, so that's ok. I'll go ahead and rename it as you suggest. I emailed support and have just realised the time difference between us in Ireland and Mountain time. It is 17:40 here and 10:43 there.
I can't access the app now to change the name of the room. I get this message. "Something went wrong, unable to connect to Meetn, please check your network."

Ok, this bug is now fixed. I can add and delete admins to the 15 rooms we bought! This is great and support were great. It was a pleasure to work with them.
