Q: Document Sharing
I understand that documents can be displayed preloaded and displayed to those viewing the meeting but can documents be actually downloaded by participants through the portal?

Jun 15, 2025A: Not sure what you mean by “portal”. If you upload a document to the “widgets” section, then when you click on it in a meeting, everyone can download it. But we don’t have any actual multi-user doc sharing feature currently

When you pre-upload a PDF, it will ask you if you want to upload the PDF or change it to a JPG (for every page).
If you select PDF, the guests can download it, if you show it live; if you select JPG, it can only be viewed by them.
