Q: New Event Schedule Question
1. If i create the New Event, can i customize my Event link ?
2. Once i create the New Event, any method that i can direct enter the New Event Room without the needs to go to the Room Setting to change the Room name?
3. Possible to add in more information on the New Event Page? For example, speaker name, event details, and add in more photos about the event.
4. Can i upload a Recorded Event, and schedule it to start play it automatically to my invited peoples?

Jun 7, 2025A: 1. You can not currently customize your event link... but that's a great idea! I'll add it to the list
2. in Meetn, currently, the "event" link takes people to the same room as your room link (the event happens IN the room). We do plant to allow events to happen in their OWN room in the future
3. You can customize the welcome message and if you want more info, put it in a graphic and upload the graphic. That will replace the welcome text and you have full control
4. What you're desribing is "evergreen events" and that's on our roadmap.. coming soon!!
