Q: past unnecessary recordings from the cloud storage

Can you let me know about these with respect to Tier 1

1. Can we delete past unnecessary recordings from the cloud storage?
2. Is there any limit on meeting duration?
3. Can we Mute All/Specific participants?
4. Do you have an Android App?
5. When someone joins my Meetn link, do they need to download the app to join the meeting, or can they directly join in from a browser?
6. Do you have a Whiteboard?
7. Do you have the Raise Hand feature during meetings?
8. Do you have Virtual backgrounds?

A: Yes, you can delete past recordings to free of space.

There is no limit to meeting duration, but there is a limit of four hours for each recording.

You can mute everyone or individual people on any level. However, the pro version allows people to unmute themselves if they want to, which is why it is for private events or small meetings where you trust everyone. If you need to do larger meetings or public meetings, you want the webinar level (tiers 2-5)

We do have an android app. Also an iOS app.

If someone joins via Mac or Windows, no download or install is required as we run the browser. Anyone joining via a mobile device will have to install an app, but it’s just two taps.

We do not have a whiteboard yet, but expect to have one late this year or early next year

We do have Raise hand. Currently, it only works for interactive guests (the first 50). We are working to raise that limit to 200 or 300, and eventually will add it to all of the streaming attendees as well.

We do have virtual backgrounds. However, our current technology does leave a little halo around you in most lighting situations. We are about a month away from releasing upgraded technology that will be state of the Art.

Perfect, thanks for answering these.

Since anyone joining via a mobile device will have to install an app, do they have to sign up on Meetn to join the meeting? That will be unlikely scenario because Meetn doesn't offer free their and attendees won't pay to attend meetings. Also I see free trial also needs card details so unlikely that people will do that as well. Can you please explain on this?

Hey Rick,

If you can answer this last query for me that would be helpful. I am almost ready to buy, just bugged with how this works.
