Q: Questions About Updated Features and Tier 1 Capabilities
Hi,
I recently purchased Tier 1 and was impressed by the offer of hosting meetings with up to 100 attendees, which is very competitive compared to Zoom.
However, I later noticed that webinar features are not included in Tier 1. After reading through the Q&A section, it seems the platform has evolved quite a bit in terms of functionality.
Could you please clarify:
-Where can I find an updated list of features by tier?
-Does Tier 1 include captions, live translations and recordings?
-What tier is required for webinar functionality (for up to 100 participants)?
-Is there a general, up-to-date overview of the platform's features and what each tier includes?

May 8, 2025A: Hi. Tier 2+ add webinar controls, 1000 attendee capacity, more storage, plus additional rooms.
Everything else is in all tiers so no need for a more detailed list.
Currently live captions / translations are on all tiers but we may make them a webinar feature in the future since they cost money and that’s what the competition does.
