Q: "Ring Someone When a Guest Enters Empty Room" still isn't functioning?
I logged into my mobile with the owner account, but when I try to enter the room as a guest, I don't receive a ring. I also don't get a phone call or text if I don't log into my mobile app.

Edited Apr 12, 2025A: Hi. It will only trigger if the room is empty and it’s during office hours you set. So now that you’re logged in on mobile, close the mobile app (or just exit the room on mobile), then join as a guest with some other device (as a test) and you should be fine. If that doesn’t work, please book a time with me at rickscalendar.com
Office hours are set from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM, yet there are still no notifications.
