Q: some NECESSARY function is not included
1. The welcome page only has ENGLISH.
All my users can only understand Chinese, but the welcome page can't switch languages or customize. It only shows"Type Your Name and Click Continue".
2.user of mobile phones need extra app.
So many people use cellphones to join meeting. but they can't just join with a web browser. it requires a "Meetn" app. The problem is so fewer people will download an app just for join a meeting. no matter how good your company good at app. it's still just a meeting app. it's super difficult to makes them download it. include myself who is a host. and so many people DON'T EVEN WANT TO DOWNLOAD ZOOM unless their company or school makes them . So how come they will download "Meetn"? Support web browser is the biggest advantage you have. but if you don't support that on mobile user. It's seemed doomed to failure.

Attending meetings via web browser is ok for webinars but not so good for meetings. We’ll eventually have a web client but we’re starting with an app for mobile
