I bought Tier 2. One question, will you enhance the video quality? ETA?

Apr 12, 2025A: The only video quality issue I’m aware of is that our recordings are a bit over compressed. I hope to fix that this week. As for 720p, that’s the standard for live meetings to maximize utility for all devices and network conditions. When we decide to go after stream yard / riverside, (probably a year from now) we will go to 1080p or higher.
Will we (LTD customers) get access to the 1080p or will you upsell us for it?

You guys get all future features and capacities of the Pro (Tier 1) or webinar (tiers 2-5) plans.
There may be metered billing for extra storage or similar features — but that’s normal.
We may add more plans in the future, like one for HIPPA compliance. So that would not be included.
But I suspect 1080p, will be part of the pro and/or webinar plans when we’re ready.
If I bet for Meetn, is 1080p resolution going to be included for sumoling users?
