Q: Unable to login after the crash. Please help .
I am unable to login or even reset the password after the crash of the product. Please help me fix it asap. Tried to reach out to your support.

Apr 23, 2025A: It was "denial of service" attack on our infrastructure. We have adjusted our defenses in response and will continue to enhance our defense.
This is not a reflection of our overall stability, just an unavoidable growing pain.
