Q: Waiting Room Notification takes over the screen
I've been using Meetn for a few coaching and sales calls. When working with a client, if the client for the next session looks to enter the room before I'm finished with the current client, the screen image of the current client call is darkened and blurred out with the notice that someone is waiting to enter the room. So basically I can't continue the call. I don't want to decline the next client. Is there a setting to prevent this (I do need the waiting room)? Or, is it possible to have the notification of someone in the waiting room not interrupt the current call? It's making it difficult to have back to back clients and sales calls.

Apr 17, 2025A: Hi there.
When you have the “Attendees” sidebar open, look for the “v” next to “attendees”. Click that and a little popup menu will let you turn that setting (and similar settings) on or off.
We are scheduled to replace the popup dialog with a less intrusive temporary banner in a month or so.
I saw that I can turn it off, but then the next client can enter any time while I'm doing a sales or coaching call with the current client. I tested and worked out that I can use the 'skip' button which gets rid of the popup and holds the next client in the waiting room until I'm ready to let them in. Thank You!
