Q: what is a meeting room?
Hi Rick,
I am not sure how many rooms I will need because I am not sure what a meeting room mean. If I get tier 2 and get 3 rooms, it means that
- I can keep 3 rooms/spaces with everything inside ready ( all the documents stay loaded, the TCA etc..)
- each room can break out rooms? how many?
- can i edit the name of my rooms? ( i guess so, but better ask )
- In the case of online classes can I have co-hosts/teachers?

Apr 12, 2025A: Each Meetn room has its own Meetn room link and can conduct meetings concurrently.
And yes, each Meetn room has its own storage, its own settings, its own pre loaded content etc.
And each Meetn room can do its own breakout sessions.
So you will want 1 Meetn room for every employee, every partner, every friend and family member.
And ye, each can have different hosts and admins, etc
