trance4mu6Q: What is "Webinar Room"?
HI, I'm currently working to setting the meetn rooms (having watched your full hour tutorial), but when I try to access the Webinar Settings, I receive this message:
"This feature is only available in our Webinar room. Account owner can change the plan of this room to Webinar."
WHat does this mean? This is a webinar that I'm trying to setup.
And I believe I'm logged in as the owner...
How can I make changes to the webinar room thereby? It's very confusing.

Did you get tier 1 or did you get tier 2+?
Tier 1 is the “PRO” level room (similar to Zoom Pro) and does not include webinar settings.
Zoom charges $40/month for the webinar add-on.
Anyone who gets tier 2 or above gets a number of webinar rooms, with full access to all features.
Does that clear it up?
