BCFmediaQ: Zcal integration for conference?
Zcal currently integrates with zoom/teams/google meet. When can we expect Meetn integration for bookings?

Apr 10, 2025A: Integration should be trivial... you just paste your Meetn room link (https://meetn.com/YourRoomName) into the ZCal "Custom Meeting Location" field (or whatever they call it)
Yup, you are correct. Just had to click an extra button. Just bought Meetn, happy to get off of Zoom!
Hi Rick, when using a booking tool like Tydical or Calendly where the customer books their own meeting inside your calendar, you want the customer to get the meeting details right away in the automated invitation they receive. Cut and past won't work in the process. How would you solve that issue?

To clarify, you paste the Meetn room link into tidycal (or any booking tool) one time, and it uses that same static link for all meetings. So people do get an instant confirmation and link from the booking software
Rick is correct, I just tested it on ZCal with my Meetn Room.
Just copy and paste the room, and the calendar appt will email that same link along with the date/time/details etc
