I have similar problem. I purchased Tier 2 (99$) and used an Appsumo Plus Member quartlery 25$ coupon. When I now want to change the plan to Tier 3, it tells me that I would have to pay 65.70$ instead of the 49$ for the additional tier, because it does not credit the full purchase. When I go via the page you mentioned above, I would buy a completely new purchase for 147$ iso of just the upgrade.
I want to upgrade from tier 2 to tier 3 but it seem like that path is murky at best. can you provide a step by step or video detailing the process. thanks
