Q: Merlin Login Problem
Hello,
I have been using Merlin for a while. After I saw the AppSumo offering I bought it. But after login with AppSumo code even I logged on Merlin website none of the extensions (Google, Youtube) recognize it and each time they give error "not to login". I can operate on Merlin website but not outside of it.

I've sent you a note through your contact form, but I am asking here as well in case the answer is useful to others.
I was reviewing your Privacy Policy but could not find how the tool uses the content of my conversations or anything related to data retention beyond personal information. As I use the tool in my work, and given that some content is proprietary to my company, it is essential that all contents of my conversation remain confidential and are NOT used to train your model.
Are you able to provide documentation that confirms you are not using my conversations to train Merlin and that by being a paying member, you offer a zero data retention agreement?

If you are booking in a team's plan of Merlin as a subscription, we can also sign off a DPA (https://drive.google.com/file/d/124S1HE9SCigGQlYurG_FRcNNtkT3YHcw/view). We can also delete your data on your request in compliance with GDPR.

I am writing to express my outrage over the recent changes to the Merlin PRO Plan. I subscribed to the yearly plan because it offered unlimited chat and image generation. Now, without any notice, the plan has changed to only 15,000 image generation credits.
This is unethical and unfair. I subscribed based on your promise of unlimited image generation, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
To potential subscribers: beware of this company's unethical business model, as they may change plan terms without notice.
I am deeply dissatisfied with this abrupt change. Please address this immediately.
