When I attempted to cancel my subscription due to the program's unresponsiveness to my questions, it offered to reduce the price from $12 to around $9. When I agreed, it immediately charged my card $12 again and didn't respond after that.

I purchased Merlin when it was on sale. and I also got in on the (i think) it was $9.00 a month for Unlimited... there was either an update to Merlin or an update to windows... but I can no longer access the widget on my Edge browser. I actually have to switch over to chrome in order to use the widget... is there a work around for this?? if not, unfortunately, this app would be useless to me.
