How do you compare yourself with https://monica.im/. They have a desktop app that works well with the Microsoft outlook desktop version but how are you targeting the corporate user who uses outlook on the desktop version rather than on the web browser?

Monica is too cluttered. The desktop app is not as powerfully integrated with the browser like chrome extension does. While we have build for Outlook, we have strategically decided to move away from it given MSFT themselves are rolling out very deep integrations and the Outlook UI is too cluttered to add another plugin to it. On this part specifically, we will probably leave outlook based workflows given this reason.
