Although it's not a lifetime deal and I will be paying yearly for it, I ended up subscribing to their "unlimited" plan. Merlin has been extremely vital in my workflow. I have Tier 3 and still had about 7k credits left before they renewed, but I still upgraded to their subscription plan. As far as I can see, that's the only way to get more credits.
