If I've understood the privacy policy correctly, Merlin AI essentially stores everything about the user including files from cloud storage services if connected.
These are some questions I have concerning the policy:
Could and/or has user data been sold to third parties?
How does Merlin AI ensure its rather detailed user data doesn't get illegally obtained by bad actors?
Does Merlin AI notify the user if their data has been viewed?
Could the Merlin AI extension be used to obtain website information such as google searches (livesearch function) or website browser history of its users?

Only specific team members can access your data, and only in special cases, such as when you raise a support query.
Yes, Merlin uses your Google search data for our live search feature. If you don't want to use this feature, you can disable it by turning off the SERP option in the settings.

For AppSumo, GDPR compliance is covered. SOC2 and ISO is for enterprise plans only.
So is everyone getting SOC2 and GDPR compliance, including AppSumo now? Or is it really only GDPR compliance? Thank you in advance
