I’m currently using the Merlin tool, which I purchased on AppSumo, and I am considering upgrading to the next tier to access additional features. However, I understand that I may have passed the 90-day upgrade window mentioned in your policy.

Despite this, I noticed that Merlin is still being offered on AppSumo, and I was wondering:

Is it still possible to upgrade my plan to the next tier at this time, even though the original upgrade window has lapsed?
If so, could you please share the process for upgrading and any associated costs or limitations?
