❌ My only gripe are the credits. 😖

The credits (the number) will appear to be sufficient at first. However, during actual usage, users will notice that the credits are consumed FASTER than expected. This is a common complaint here by fellow Sumolings which I have experience myself.

Why?

One reason is because credit usage is doubled when accessing the web. For GPT3.5, it's barely noticeable as 1 credit only becomes 2. But if using premium models like Gemini Pro and Claude Opus, doubled credits already becomes 60 and 100! Imagine asking 10 queries and already consuming 1,000 credits? 🤯

Another reason are the image credits with Bonkers. Initially, users will think that credits with Bonkers are separate from Merlin because there is a different counter at the bottome-left of the screen that mentions the remaining images left.

However, this is not the case as credits are deducted BOTH on Bonkers and Merlin per image generated. Also, the credit per model can be confusing in Bonkers. It says 1, 3, or 6 on a model. But in reality, you have to multiply the number by x10. So the actual credit cost are 10, 30, and 60, depending on the model used. 🤯

Just to be clear, I am not against increasing the credit usage for the more expensive models. Obviously, this is justifiable with the higher costs incured.

My concern is that the credits (the number) are made to appear MORE than what they can actually deliver. I mean... in actual usage, the credits (the number) is a lot LESS that what users will initially perceive. (did I make sense?) It's like 5,000 credits feels like 2,000. Or 12,000 credits feels like just 7,000.

That said, I kindly request to increase the monthy credits to make them "feel" like the actual number. This will make 1 million Sumolings happy! 😊

So, why did I not deduct a taco? One word - MAGIC!

I just discovered the "Merlin Prompt Magic" on Bonkers, and I was very impressed with the output! With Prompt Magic, Bonkers can be a separate stand-alone platform already!

So there you go, you get two LTDs for the price of one! This should not be missed!
