Good but…

I understand the frustration of other reviewers with Merlin’s support, it’s pretty much non existent.
I have a query outstanding from weeks ago, with no ticket number or follow up.
I had problems activating as well.
Now that I am active, I realised almost immediately that I needed to upgrade to their monthly subscription, but I cancelled one of my Open AI subscriptions to compensate.
I am finding it useful however, there are two big drawbacks:
1. If you switch models within a chat history thread, the new model has to be fed the old data and content, so there’s no point and, no advantage in using Merlin; and

2. There is an upload limit of 10 documents in any single chat history thread, which is now proving so limiting that I may well cancel my monthly subscription and my AppSumo purchase.

I hope they improve their support and the service soon or what looked like a promising product is going to be a waste of time.
