Good Potential, Terrible Support
Merlin is actually a pretty solid tool with many useful features. The pricing is reasonable, and for the most part, it does what it promises.
But—and it's a big but—be ready for some occasional hiccups like random bugs and crashes.
Which leads to the real deal-breaker: their support is an absolute disaster.
The chat support folks are friendly enough, but they basically can't solve anything. When you hit a real problem, they'll escalate it to the technical team, which it's like sending a message into a black hole. If they do reply, it's usually a super lazy one-line response that comes a week later and does absolutely nothing to fix your actual problem. It's like they're doing the absolute minimum to pretend they care.
Bottom line: Merlin has potential, but their support turns what could be a good tool into a complete headache. Save yourself the headache and check out other alternatives.

Its just that at low budget, getting to manage 100+ support queries to technical team and around 300+ messages on our chat every day. Which is mainly managed by 2 people. Hence it has got a little overwhelming for team. But we'll work hard Lucspe. And make sure we improve here.
