I am writing this mixed review and want to make clear that the tool itself is fantastic. You have tons of models, everything in a single product. There is a good mobile app too, and I use the tool daily.

Now the problem: I bought Tier 3 to have many monthly credits and to have BYOK. Unfortunately, the BYOK doesn't work as advertised. Once you are out of credits, the mobile app can't be used anymore for the rest of the month. The web app can't be used anymore either. You just see "please upgrade" but nowhere you can add your openai API key.

So just like everybody, I asked support. They instructed me to use the "Chrome Extension" and told me that I could neither use the normal web app nor the mobile app with my BYOK feature. Ok, so I found out that at least in the extension, I can add an API key. But this extension is still on the old interface. And what is worse is that sometimes the API key suddenly disappears. It happens every few days. Then you always need to go to openai and generate and save a new key. And the worst thing I experienced today. My chat history from yesterday doesn't appear in the Chrome extension. But in the web app yes. But since I can't use my own API key in the web app, I can't continue with my project.

I think it is a farce that BYOK doesn't work as described. Without this I would give between 4 and 5 points instead of 3 points. But right now it interrupts your whole workflow.
