I've been using Merlin for what feels like forever now (okay, maybe just several months, but I'm literally on it daily!). This thing has become my indispensable digital assistant!

What I absolutely love is how it's always there when I need it. Whether I'm frantically working on my laptop or scrolling through stuff on my phone, it's just a click away and actually works! It's like having a super-smart friend who's always learning new tricks. While other AI tools can feel robotic and stiff, Merlin manages to feel more natural in its responses.

I'll be honest - I probably haven't even scratched the surface of what this tool can do. There are so many features tucked away that I keep discovering new ones when I go looking at all the features. Unlike some AI tools that make you feel like you're programming a spaceship, Merlin keeps things surprisingly simple while still being incredibly powerful.

Is it perfect? Maybe not. But for an AI assistant that consistently delivers without the usual headaches, Merlin's pretty darn close to what most of us need!

What I like most: ability to easily select which model to use and the fact that they integrate new models rapidly, making it simple to stay current as the technology evolves.

What I hope they add: API access. The ultimate would be if I could use my credits via API - by connecting with Boost.space, Pabbly or ActivePieces.

I've just upgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 3. I find that I have to really push hard to use up the credits, but would like to have an even bigger buffer - and I continue to find new uses for Merlin because it has been so helpful.
