Request for Clarification on Service Status and Financial Situation
It looks like Merlin is slowly going broke, otherwise I can't explain this. For a long time now, hardly anything works anymore. LLM inputs are only answered fragmentarily by the AI, coding requests frequently abort, or Merlin completely crashes. When I write to support and ask for an honest statement, I only receive unsatisfactory answers that feel more like they're from a bot, since none of my questions are properly answered. There haven't been any updates for quite some time either.
The fair use policy is so opaque to me that I often feel like my credits disappear without any apparent reason.
PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS AND BE HONEST ABOUT HOW YOU ARE FINANCIALLY OR WHAT'S ACTUALLY GOING ON.
