While I still haven't used all of Merlin's features, I'm enjoying what I've used so far. Although I'd dabbled with AI before for writing, I didn't really get what all the fuss was about: I'd spend about as much time prompting, editing and fact-checking as I would have done writing.

But Merlin opens up lots of new uses for AI. I love the Chrome extension and how it summarises searches and webpages. Having AI in Gmail is helpful too, especially if you have a difficult or complex email to write. Merlin has introduced me to image generation for the first time. I've had mixed results, but among them have been some great images.

The real benefits of Merlin for me are its range of uses and being able to try and experiment with so many AI platforms in one place. I think anyone could benefit from Merlin, but as an AI novice, it's been great for showing me different use cases and what the different AP providers are capable of. Love it!
