Q: Do you have an API so that I can extract the data in real-time from my polls?
If so, what format is it in? Hopefully JSON or XML

No, we haven't API. You can export results to CSV manually in Analytics.

You can use our webhooks to send survey results to your CRM, it's not required to use an API. You can check how to set up webhooks here: https://getmetasurvey.com/help/webhooks
