Hello, I believe you offer the form I'm looking for...
I want to create a form where each question is mapped to an entrepreneur profile.
1) At the end of the form, people would receive their dominant profile (the one with the most responses), either on a single page or as a PDF.
2) I would also like to offer the option of seeing both dominant profiles (in the results or as a percentage of the 5 profiles).
3) A free version (10 questions) and a paid premium version (35 questions) would be offered. Is this possible?

1. You can use Calculated fields + Logic for this: https://getmetasurvey.com/help/calculated-fields
2. Currently, it's not possible to display a dynamic data on a Thank You screen.
3. You can create 2 different surveys for this case.
