Q: LOCKED OUT FOR HOURS | MESSAGE IN CHINESE OR JAPANESE AT LANDING PAGE
Hello,
How do I contact metasurvey support? I changed passwords now it says I have had too many attempts and need to try later. It has been hours and the system gives me the same message. What is the remedy for this, please?
Also, when I go the website, I get a message in Japanese or Chinese - I have a screen shot but cannot paste it here.
Please respond - I need to create a survey as soon as possible.

Thank you for responding to my question. Please consider adding a concrete prompt that indicates number of attempts allowed and time account will be locked. It merely said 'try again later.' Well.. how much later? And, when I did, I only tried once and received the same message.
