Q: How is support handled?
Hi, With specific apps here on Appsumo you see support is only handled via a discord server and it simply doesnt work. On your Tier3 plan, can users just simply sent you an email?

Yes, we're using Discord for quick questions and previously answered questions. If you don't want to do that, you can also send an email to hi@usemevo.com, and we'll answer your inquiry as soon as possible.
We also have some plans to switch to a better ticket management system soon.
