This is going to save me SOO much time. You don't happen to have a tool we can use to view other people's websites too, do you? Like when we come across a really cool design or animation and want to see how they did it. That would be amazing!

Unfortunately I don't have CSS inspection tool for other websites.
However, all browsers have developer tools that can help you understand what CSS rules have been applied to elements. Right-click any element on the page, then choose "Inspect". That will open up the developer console showing the HTML for the element. And on the right hand side, you will see a "Styles" pane that shows which CSS styles have been applied to the element.
Searching browser extensions might be helpful too if browser dev tools are a bit intimidating. From a quick search I found:
