Q: I'm based in the UK, but I have an Amazon.

com account. Like others have said, there's no Kindle edition available, the hardback version would cost me almost as much in postage as just buying it at Amazon.com, and there's no refund option within Appsumo.

This is a very rare occasion where Appsumo have misfired, but misfired they have.

Hi there! I was in the same situation as you, because I had an amazon.es account. Apparently, Amazon doesn't allow you to have your kindle content in two countries simultaneously. I solved the problem in the configuration of Kindle content and devices ("Manage Your Content and Devices"). I transferred my account to US and I could obtain the kindle copy. After I made sure that the ebook appeared in my kindle library, I transferred again my account to Spain. I hope this solution will be useful!

I'm in Canada and got the hard copy book in two days I think it was and my account is .ca also and I'm not Prime.
I was surprised that it showed all the discounts and cost me nothing to ship. Just the book price. I'm usually a Kindle buyer but very happy I got the hard copy as it conveys the message better than Kindle could do for me.

For all other international countries, the Kindle edition should be available in the majority of countries with limited exceptions. I'm in Canada no normally use amazon.ca . I tried changing my kindle settings to the US store and then logged into Amazon US. It would let me redeem for the hard copy (thank you Noah!) but still would not let me purchase the kindle version for some reason - said it was unavailable even though my account was clearly showing it was tied to the US store now. I cleared cookies and caches and whatnot so no idea why. Maybe others may experience something different. So I await my hard copy. FYI if you're in Canada the credit is enough to cover the shipping as well!

You hopefully realise that this cause an annoying catch 22 for many people. Looooads of us Europeans use Amazon.com for Kindle content, but Amazon.es, Amazon.de etc. for physical products, since it makes no sense to order books from the US (for numerous reasons).

Meaning if we buy, we can only order the hard copy/actual physical book, but that we also can't do, because we're in Europe.

I'd love to buy the Kindle version, but don't want to go through the hassle. Will wait until the Amazon.com Kindle product goes down in price eventually, so I can buy with 1-click instead of wasting my time here (like I'm sure many are due to bad advice).

did you got a refund?! very difficult to get this book... Hope they will do something...
