Is Ultra-pro configuration available in all the Appsumo Tiers above?

Asked this already but didnot get a response:

I only see Mini/Medium/Large/Large Pro/Ultra mentioned for Tiers2-5 above. Is the Ultra-pro configuration (or any other hardware config on your app) available to Appsumo users as well, on any of the tiers above?

I am not even sure of the difference between the plans, nor whether they only affect speed, or quality, or intelligence. I am looking for a \u0022plan\u0022 that obeys my commands to the letter and am wondering if I up my plan will I get a more faithful servant.
