Q: No credit to start? Only 50 cents?

I like the offering (particularly the API functionality you’re going to be making available) so I bought a stack of 5 - but I think it’s really strange that I’m not starting with a “monthly gift” already on my account, instead it is showing 50 cents. It should really be $55 - it seems short-sighted to make your users wait a month. Is that really the intention?

Also - the storage should really scale with the number of codes bought. 50GB is too low for the 5-code stack. I’m not saying it needs to be 250, but some kind of compromise should be made.

A: Thank you for your feedback and for supporting MimicPC by purchasing a stack of 5! I understand your concern regarding the initial credit and storage.

Initial Credit: It sounds like you're referring to the "monthly gift" credit. Typically, the monthly gift is applied on a recurring basis rather than upfront. However, I see how starting with $0.50 can feel limiting. I’ll pass your suggestion along to the team for consideration—starting with a full credit balance right away might enhance the initial user experience.

Storage Scaling: You make a great point about storage scaling with multiple code purchases. While 50GB is our base offer, we understand that users who buy larger stacks might have more storage needs. I'll also bring up your suggestion to explore options for increased storage tiers for those with multiple codes.

Thanks again for your input! We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience, and your feedback is invaluable.

Any news about increased storage? Also, do you offer more storage as paid per gb or similar?

Yes, it's definitely needed. I just installed two templates, and already 40GB out of 50GB is gone (Tier 2). I haven't created anything yet. There should be a solution.
