Functional but Incomplete White‑Label Fundamentals

The platform claims to be established since 2021 and does deliver working course creation and functioning CNAME, but several core features are still missing or incomplete. The fundamentals are not there, and the product does not meet the expectations set by its own claims.

Critical White‑Label Flaws:
No SMTP Control: SMTP is not implemented and not on the roadmap. The system is locked to only three email providers, and if you don’t use one of those three, emails are sent from the company’s own address instead of your domain, which breaks white‑labeling entirely.

Ignored Language Support: Lithuanian has been requested since five months back with no timeline, no priority, and no clear answer. Even in the same chat thread, support asked “which language,” which shows they are not tracking requests at all.

Language support for Baltic markets and basic SMTP control are not “special features” — they are core elements expected from any WL platform. The requests we made are not unusual or custom; they are standard white‑label requirements.

Given the company is based in Estonia, lack of Baltic language support is especially hard to justify.

The Human Impact:
We offer our courses free for people affected by cancer, which makes the platform’s missing WL fundamentals even harder to justify.

Additional Product Limitations:
Short Content: Could be just our experience, but almost every time we create courses the generated length feels unusually short, as if the system is trimming content by default rather than producing full material.

Broken Certificate Logic: Certificates can only be issued when a course is placed inside a collection, and every course inside that collection must share one single price. This means if you have five paid courses and need certificates, you must create five separate collections with one course each just to enable certification.

Support & Operations:
Support replies quickly, but the replies avoid the actual issue and never provide a clear answer, timeline, or commitment. After months of follow‑ups, there is still no clarity on language support, no clarity on SMTP, and no concrete delivery dates for either.

Support repeatedly hides behind new added features, instead of addressing the missing WL fundamentals.

Although the company is registered in Estonia, the operational behaviour, communication patterns, and handling of requests do not match what you would expect from a Baltic‑based SaaS. Buyers should be aware of this mismatch.

Final Verdict:
Overall, the platform is functional but incomplete. It is not beta, but it is also not at the maturity level expected from a product claiming to be established since 2021. Based on the current state of the platform and the missing core WL features, this is a 1‑taco experience.

We will update this review as the platform evolves.
