Minvo - Plus Exclusive Reviews

The tool worked very well when I purchased it, so much so that I upgraded with an internal offer they offered within the platform. Two years later, it no longer works. It takes days to process short videos, and the results of the exported videos leave much to be desired.
I do not recommend it.

At the moment of writing this review, I uploaded a six-minute video and have been waiting six hours for it to process...

I just bought the latest LTD deal and tried it with a few short videos. When I uploaded a 30-minute video, it got stuck, and credits were charged as well. I left it running for 4 hours to create clips and got nothing back only deducted credits. I tried three times with the same video still nothing. I will request a refund. Update!
after 1 day i was able to get the clips from the video, credits were restablished, then i posted the clip on facebook.. didn't work.

I haven’t used Minvo in months. Today, I uploaded a 9-minute video. It’s been 1 hour and 30 minutes, and Minvo is still processing to extract shorts. It’s therefore unusable.

The platform works great for English clips and is really fast, but as soon as you switch to another language, it completely fails to process the clips. I've already reported this to their support team—if they fix it, I'll update my rating; if not, I'll be requesting a full refund.
