I think there may be some kind of of account error going on with your account (and maybe others). I am currently logged in right now and exporting clips. I have been doing so on my account now for months. I've never had an issue loggin in or exporting clips based on the uploads I give it.
Minvo has not been working for a whole year. You stopped responding to support requests via official channels, promised to fix the bugs, but we still can't use the tool. I spent more time reporting bugs than actually using the tool. Is it abandoned?

Why is your product not working and why do you ignore us who bought into your promises? Are you in the process of a slow rug pull? Everyone who wasted money on Minvo scrambled to purchase Reap while was on to make up for the loss.....So technically, Minvo sold many Reap memberships. Do you agree, David?

Q: 1 Taco review - Why did you change the processing to being on my PC instead of Minvo servers?
For some reason, I can't leave a review, so I am leaving this here.
This product is a 1/5.
They SIGNIFICANTLY changed how it works, so now it processes in your browser tab instead of on their servers. So now you have to leave your browser tab open for HOURS (I have a high-end PC) to get it to do all the heavy-lifting.
This makes it completely pointless for me, as I got this to use when I am on...
I am currently exporting clip that are being processed on their servers. They give me the option each time of my browser or their servers. I always select their servers and have never had an issue besides the que time.
It seems many of my LTD prepaid accounts have gone bust this year. Curious, where is the company at financially to sustain itself and grow into an Opus clip, Figma, or Adobe? My goal in buying LTD is that you are highly successful and stay around for my lifetime not just 12 months. Do you have a strong affiliate program for users to promote / bring in recurring revenue for Minvo? That seems...
