I bought and redeemed the 3 codes, however software doesn't have the agency plan as expressly stated with the client dashboard, custom domain or the branded reports etc. My profile is on a "special" plan not an agency plan which is concerning longterm as the ad states 3 codes will update with agency plan. All 3 codes are definitely redeemed, evidenced by the fact that I can create unlimited workspaces, but I can see no agency functionality. Support has been contacted (19/11/23). On an additional point I don't think the 10 curate articles are very high for agency (granted i knew this in advance but didn't actually realise they may be the best bit of this LTD). Social accounts are limited - (no tiktok, pinterest etc so couldn't move entirely over). Otherwise its easy to use and the curate functionality is a great add-on, even if simply used as a category article browser. Just need to get the agency aspect working to check the client side! Would be 4 stars if agency actually transpired and 5 stars if they added tiktok etc or added more curate than 10. Potentially very useful.
Sure, there's some quirks with the UX, the AI could be better at grabbing the relevant quotes (i end up going thru and deleting 2-3 of the 20 per post) - BUT, this tool does a lot of stuff for me and the price is totally worth it for any tier. I got max tier and can offer this to a few select clients that need it. Missinglettr has led to direct growth of mine and my own clients' businesses, just from having decent drip campaigns that include punchy headlines, some emojis, and relevant hastags.
Bought three codes after reading a ton of detailed, negative reviews. A shoutout to all of you that posted a detailed analysis of Missinglettr bugs and flaws. It gave me an idea of what to expect. Successfully linked social accounts and tested the features. The UI/UX and dashboard structure is outstanding. I like the fact that social accounts can be created during the connection workflow itself. The settings and workflow options are a dream. I have three non-profits, two corporate and one personal account, each with multiple social accounts to manage. It was becoming a nightmare. Enter Missinglettr and I actually created new social accounts because of how the app is configured. The pain point for me was multiple blogs with great posts becoming yesterday's story. Reviving old posts with re-purposing is still a lot of work. Missinglettr takes care of it with AI-assisted drip campaigns and the posts will now never get old/forgotten. As a content artist that works with images, text and video, Missinglettr is the marketing assistant that I never had until now.
Working with the company but can't whole heartedly recommend.
I haven't found another social planner that does some of the things Missingltr does, so I came back. I had actually asked for a refund a month ago.
I had returned the product out of frustration. They don't currently have a good system that keeps track of the specific profile accounts with issues so, I get asked to do the same things over again, even after explaining all that has already been done. What could be done in a day goes into weeks, really for no good reason.
At least for me, it has issues connecting to Instagram and Facebook Groups. Somehow they are able to push some setting manually and then the Instagram account works. They have only done one account so far but the other account was working when I first signed up with them and it worked magically after asking about it. So, I have to keep asking to eventually get all account profiles to work. It is as though they've outsourced the IT department and that group only help with one profile at a time, to drag out their hours? idk.
It has truly been a terrible experience so far when it comes to resolving posting issues, especially when you know it should work like all the other, same type of profile set up exactly the same way. For comparison, all profiles work flawlessly when set up in Vista Social but like I said, Missingltr has features Vista Social does not yet do.
The service, for what it does overall, is excellent to have. It is really so nice to have the blogs and videos campaigned out for a whole year, or have a 2 week campaign for a workshop. I do appreciate the application and will continue to work with the business. Just know that it is what it is right now.

Great tool
For me the tool works great in every aspect. It is just a bummer that it does not support a lot of social media platforms yet.
The biggest downside for me is the lack of speed on the platform. It is super slow, like SUPER slow.
Other platforms don't have those issues but oh well.
Other then that, the platform works flawless, intuitive and it saves me a lot of time.
The "previews" that are automatically made can be better, but I am sure they will improve this in time.
I would highly recommend this tool to anyone who is looking to post regularly to Social media without manually doing it.
I just hope they will increase the speed (by a LOT lol).
Keep up the good work guys, great product!
