Yes, the deal is unfortunately over, but you're welcome to check out our market-rate plans at https://mobile-text-alerts.com/pricing - You can give the free trial a shot if you're interested (no credit card required). :)
We responded to the review but posting a response here as well - Sorry to hear you're having some issues!
As mentioned in the review response, our support team typically responds to tickets in less than 1 business day. If you're having login issues, I'd recommend emailing them directly at contact@mobile-text-alerts.com or live chatting with them using the chatbox on the bottom righthand corner of our website during business hours CST: https://mobile-text-alerts.com/
It appears to me that the various integrations listed on your site are really all through Zapier.
So, what I'd like to know, is what's the likelihood of an integration between Mobile Text Alerts and Pabbly Connect and/or Integrately? And if potentially planned, is there a rough ETA you could provide?
There isn't currently a plan set in stone regarding an integration with Pabbly Connect or Integrately, though we have received a lot of feedback about that, so there is a possibility of that integration being set up sometime in the future.
That being said, Zapier.com is another option to set up integrations, and all accounts come with API access so you can set up your own integrations as well, if that helps.
The listed deal is for messaging the US/Canada, but you can purchase international credits to send to other countries, including Peru, as well. Pricing for Peru would be $0.064 per message.
The main advantage of this deal would be for sending to the United States and Canada. You can purchase international credits to send to Brazil, and the cost per message for Brazil would be $0.077.
We are integrated with Zapier so you can use that to connect to other apps and software.
1. You can purchase international credits at any time to send messages outside of the US. 2. You are able to organize your contact list into unlimited groups. 3. Some competitors would be SlickText.com and EZTexting.com, if that helps. We offer a texting platform that's easy to use and easy to set up - and with customer support just a live chat away.
Do you have any package if i go over the limit? Say I waste 1500 SMS in 1 campaign because I send SMS to 1500 customers. Then how do you charge us? Per SMS or can we purchase an addon as a package of say 5000 SMS which is usually a cheaper option? 2. 2-way sync conversation. I hope inbound SMS does not count toward our limit. 3. I forgot completely what was the charge per sms for Australia and Czech republic please? 4. It comes with a phone number right? Which one? US or Canada? 5. How big is a Shopify plugin in terms of JS script? 6. Can we manage more websites/stores/domains under 1 super admin account as I own more businesses?
1. If you want to send more than the limit, you can purchase additional credits at $0.04/message. Alternatively, you can switch to one of our market-rate plans listed at https://mobile-text-alerts.com/pricing or you can contact sales@mobile-text-alerts.com to discuss a custom plan.
2. Inbound SMS do not count towards messaging limits.
3. Australia is $0.075/message and Czech Republic is $0.069/message.
4. All accounts come with a free dedicated US number.
5. We don't have a Shopify plugin, but you can connect via Zapier.com or by accessing our API. (We do have a Shopify integration in the works for sometime this year.)
6. You can set up unlimited administrator profiles to help you manage texting different lists, or if it's easier for you, you can create a separate account for each website/store.
Hopefully that all helps! You can also reach out to contact@mobile-text-alerts.com with questions as well. :)
If you don't mind me asking, what is your use case here? In other words, I'm trying to help the The Sumo-ling Community & our Partners understand how another package with bigger limits may be beneficial. I'm sure The Sumo-ling Community would appreciate your feedback here!

Q: Hi, may I send SMS from Bulgarian number and in Cyrillic?
2. Do you show who open the message?
3. Do you show who clicked on the link in the message?
Hi Austin, this is not really what we are looking for. Many Sumolings bought that deal and are looking for that answer. If you answer in this way, you make easy for us to skip your deal.
If you help us to understand why your tool is better, we can check if it makes sense to refund the other and keep yours. Just my 2 cents.
Q: Hey Sumo-lings, Carolina here from AppSumo!
👩🏻💼
We are so excited to launch Mobile Text Alerts at AppSumo because it: 📱Boosts sales by sending bulk text messages to customers 🗂Organizes and manages all your conversations in one place 🗣Boosts retention by letting you set up automated smart replies to keep conversation going
💬Let us know in the thread below - how will you be increasing your customer retention and boost of sales with Mobile Text Alerts?
Caro, I purchased tier 1 of the Mobile Text Alerts deal but meant to purchase tier 3. What step(s) do I need to take to purchase the additional level(s) and add them to my new account with Mobile Text Alerts?
Q: I'm having trouble getting Zapier to work when using MTA as the trigger.
I've sent a message and replied to that message and when Zapier connects to MTA, it says "We couldn't find a message...."
My API key and Zapier is working b/c I can get new contacts into MTA via Zapier when MTA is the action and that works fine.
I reached out to support about this and she said she didn't understand Zapier and that I should contact them and then disconnected our chat and now I don't have a chat support option inside my account anymore on my computer, but the chat widget is still there when I log into a different computer so I think she blocked my IP address from being able to get future support.
Yes, you could use this to handle SMS support requests, like a Help Desk. We have a conversation assignment feature, so when your recipients reply to your message, you can assign their conversation to particular users to help you better track things.
To clarify, when someone texts in to your account's phone number (or replies to one of your texts), it creates a "conversation" in a 2-way Inbox from which you can reply back.
So that all will help you handle SMS support requests. You can also set up automated flows to trigger specific responses if people text in particular words, so you could use that to give quick answers if your customer base has questions that come up regularly.
Feel free to reach out with any other questions about that!
Q: Hey!
This looks great just have a few questions:
1. Do credits renew monthly? 2. If they roll over do they ever expire? Example if I plan on starting a daily text club next month would all text credits roll over to then? 3. If you got the limit and need more can you purchase a plan on top of the app sumo deal? 4. If I purchased 2 tiered 3 plans would I have 3000 texts/month?
1. Yes, credits renew monthly. 2. Unused credits roll over for 1 month and then expire. 3. You can change to a market-rate subscription at any time by contacting support. You can also purchase additional credits over the limit at anytime from within your online dashboard. 4. You aren't currently able to stack the plans.
Thanks for your question! The deal only includes messaging to the US/Canada, but you can purchase international credits to send to other countries at any time within your account.
Thanks for your question! This deal is for sending messages to folks in the US/Canada, but once you have an account, you can purchase international credits to send to other countries as well.
yes. But I guess there's no advantage in the appsumo deal then ? SHould i just set up a regular account to do that ? Also... how does the UK number work ? Do you supply a UK number ?
If you'll only be sending messages internationally, there would still be a slight advantage of getting the AppSumo deals because you wouldn't have to pay a regular subscription fee. :)
However, you're welcome to check out our regular subscriptions at https://mobile-text-alerts.com/pricing as well.
In regards to the sending number, we supply sending numbers on our end. Presently we primarily send messages through toll-free 800 numbers. I'd recommend reaching out to sales@mobile-text-alerts.com for more info on how that would work for the UK.
With the way our pricing structure works, this deal is direct at the US/Canada, but you are able to send to the UK as well by purchasing international credits.
We also have UK-only market-rate plans, which you can view at https://mobile-text-alerts.com/pricing by selecting the UK from the drop-down.
Q: What is your timeline for SyncSpider, Pabbly or Integrately integration?
I would say Pabbly is the easiest to get setup they have a step by step instructions and their founder is active in their Facebook group. Would like to see this setup for sure!
