Q: I'm considering the highest tier on this.

It appears to me that the various integrations listed on your site are really all through Zapier.

So, what I'd like to know, is what's the likelihood of an integration between Mobile Text Alerts and Pabbly Connect and/or Integrately? And if potentially planned, is there a rough ETA you could provide?

A: Hi there,

There isn't currently a plan set in stone regarding an integration with Pabbly Connect or Integrately, though we have received a lot of feedback about that, so there is a possibility of that integration being set up sometime in the future.

That being said, Zapier.com is another option to set up integrations, and all accounts come with API access so you can set up your own integrations as well, if that helps.

The listed deal is for messaging the US/Canada, but you can purchase international credits to send to other countries, including Peru, as well. Pricing for Peru would be $0.064 per message.

The main advantage of this deal would be for sending to the United States and Canada. You can purchase international credits to send to Brazil, and the cost per message for Brazil would be $0.077.

We are integrated with Zapier so you can use that to connect to other apps and software.

Q: 1.

Do you have any package if i go over the limit? Say I waste 1500 SMS in 1 campaign because I send SMS to 1500 customers. Then how do you charge us? Per SMS or can we purchase an addon as a package of say 5000 SMS which is usually a cheaper option?
2. 2-way sync conversation. I hope inbound SMS does not count toward our limit.
3. I forgot completely what was the charge per sms for Australia and Czech republic please?

1. If you want to send more than the limit, you can purchase additional credits at $0.04/message. Alternatively, you can switch to one of our market-rate plans listed at https://mobile-text-alerts.com/pricing or you can contact sales@mobile-text-alerts.com to discuss a custom plan.

2. Inbound SMS do not count towards messaging limits.

3. Australia is $0.075/message and Czech Republic is $0.069/message.

4. All accounts come with a free dedicated US number.

5. We don't have a Shopify plugin, but you can connect via Zapier.com or by accessing our API. (We do have a Shopify integration in the works for sometime this year.)

6. You can set up unlimited administrator profiles to help you manage texting different lists, or if it's easier for you, you can create a separate account for each website/store.

We aren't able to see who opened the messages, but you are able to track who clicked links.

Q: I'm having trouble getting Zapier to work when using MTA as the trigger.

I've sent a message and replied to that message and when Zapier connects to MTA, it says "We couldn't find a message...."

My API key and Zapier is working b/c I can get new contacts into MTA via Zapier when MTA is the action and that works fine.

I reached out to support about this and she said she didn't understand Zapier and that I should contact them and then disconnected our chat and now I don't have a chat support option inside my account anymore on my computer, but the chat widget is still there when I log into a different computer so I think she blocked my IP address from being able to get future support.

2. If they roll over do they ever expire? Example if I plan on starting a daily text club next month would all text credits roll over to then?
