I almost gave it a 4 star, because I had trouble with Firefox. But switching to Chrome fixed them. Then I had problems in Chrome, but regular refreshing fixed that. I know that doesn't sound 5-taco-worthy, but the functionality for $49 is INSANE.
I set up my new MobileMonkey (MM) account in 3.5 hours and watched several tutorial videos (recommended).

Unfortunately, my Wordpress Theme (Divi) did not make it easy for me to figure out how to add the Messenger opt-in feature into all of my email capture forms. But I've got a support ticket into Divi to figure that out.

All in all, this is super worth it. I've been hesitant to post good content on my FB page (been active in my group) because I wasn't sure how to engage with my audience. Now I have the means to do it 1-on-1 and can send out a major blast.

What impresses me the most about MM, especially when compared to other bots like Verloop and Landbot, is its scope and endless possibilities to engage FB communities. MM is a multilayered tool that covers you - as a marketer - from the multitude of angles: ads, drip-campaigns, customer conversations, web-engagements, etc. - all done in an impressive mix of productivity and innovation. I also like the way they priced the tool, and I can see their payment plans seem solid. This is actually a great thing for Sumo-lings. Because it means that you're investing in a long-term company that isn't just a quick money grab scheme but rather aims to make profits and grow. And so will you but you need to grab a few codes before its gone. P.S. Remember those Ahrefs Agency LTD deals back in the days? - imagine being one of those guys now... :-O
I purchased this deal hoping to replicate the functionality of Survey Bot. After working on it for a couple hours, here are my initial impressions: 1. much more complicated - looks like there is a lot more functionality available, but it's not as easy to set up 2. VERY buggy - surprising how many times I had to reload/redo my changes because the "save to" functionality didn't work. Also, when testing the bot via Messenger, several of the questions were missing/skipped. 3. Responsive team - hopefully this is their saving grace, and they're able to fix the bugs. Within a couple hours of signing up I received a call from someone on the team and we scheduled some time next week to talk through the platform once I've had a couple days to play with it.
All in all, I'm giving it 3 stars for the high potential, despite the bugs.
Decided to make the switch from Drift to this. I've set up a basic bot so far to answer the most common questions I get.
It seems to do well but when a random question is asked it keeps replying with an answer that has nothing to do with the question. For example if I ask if it's hot outside, it will reply back with an answer I have about non-profits. Not sure why it's doing this. Overall though it seems pretty legit. The FB Comment Guard is pretty cool, and a great way to capture leads!
I had a few issues initially but their customer service was quick to help me, so that's been a huge plus.
I hope they keep building on this and they keep improving the current functionality. Definitely a 5 taco deal and I may buy another code or two.

I've tried it 10 days. Disappointed
I bought it excited thinking it was the solution to my problems and I feel disappointed.
I can not send mass mailings to an audience. At first I tried it and it worked if I was sending immediately, but not if I scheduled the shipment.
I spoke with support and they have been sending me messages for a week but without solving the problem.
On Saturday 23/06 I gave a seminar. When I went to send a reminder to my audience I found that it did not work immediately, or scheduled.
I was very upset because the number of people attending the seminar was lower than expected, because I could not notify them in time.
Conclusion: it does not fulfill what it promises in advertising.
